June Bride

Here is the deal, I am getting married June 15th of this year (2013, for those of you in the future interested in my life). I have the venue, the dress, the officiant, the photographer, and the groom. I believe that I am pretty well on my way! I have a single best friend in my bridal party, my matron of dishonor. My future groom has not (and I think may be procrastinating) choosing whether or not he will have a groom's party and how many people it will be. He cannot seem to decide on a best man, which is understood because it is a difficult decision. That is why women decide when we are very young who will be our maid of honor. It simplifies the process. Mine is from middle school, easy-peasy.

I have never really fantasized or planned for this day and now I am kind of kicking myself in the ass for it. I could have had the entire thing already worked out if my girlie side would have just fought a little harder to be heard. Planning a wedding takes a vision for what you want your big day to be. Using catch phrases like relaxed or casual, do not really give anyone in the wedding industry a clear idea regarding what you actually want! So then you also need to choose colors, which instead of choosing colors I chose around 4 fabrics, all with different patterns. I am hoping this works out, but to be honest I am a little skeptical, but there is no turning back...
